INGREDIENTS:
1.5 cups frozen peas
35g parmesan cheese
1/3 cup olive oil
¼ cup sunflower seeds
2 teaspoon lemon juice
1 garlic clove
INSTRUCTIONS:
Defrost the peas if you are using frozen.
Place all the ingredients in a food processor.
Blitz until smooth.
If you want a more liquid consistency add a little more oil.
Store in an airtight container for 3 days in the fridge.
