3/4 cup organic cane sugar
1/3 cup coconut oil
1/3 cup raw cacao
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups spelt flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup organic icing sugar, free of corn starch
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat over to 350F.
Mix all ingredients together.
Place icing sugar in small bowl. Shape mixture into 1 inch balls and roll into sugar. Place on parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 12 minutes exactly.
