It is important for clients to learn about what to expect from psychotherapy services before deciding on what treatment is best for them. As such, a brief initial meeting can be scheduled in order to review what to expect in terms of assessment, treatment (e.g., number and length of sessions), outcome, and any other questions that you may have before moving forward with the first appointment.
