Cameron is a Registered Massage Therapist, having graduated with Honours from Humber College’s accredited Massage Therapy program in 2021. She is a member in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario.
Cameron’s treatments are focused on rehabilitating her patients and addressing their physical dysfunctions. She strives to address her patient’s treatment goals, and get them back to feeling 100%. Cameron is passionate about continuing her education and learning new techniques to help her patients achieve their goals. Her practice includes a wide variety of massage techniques including: Swedish and relaxation massage, deep tissue work and trigger point therapy, myofascial release, pre/postnatal massage, PNF stretching, joint mobilizations, and hydrotherapy.
Cameron also has cupping certification in both sliding and static techniques.

What to Expect During Visits
You will start by completing a health history form. Afterwards, your therapist will begin by asking you general questions to establish what areas you would like worked on, if there are any conditions needing to be addressed and to determine if massage is appropriate for you. Your massage therapist may perform certain assessments and testing to evaluate your condition, and to see if you have any presenting complaints.
