Dr. Jessica Cardona completed the four-year Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine program at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM) in Toronto. She also holds an Honors Degree in Biomedical Biology from Laurentian University. Dr. Cardona is fluent in both English and Spanish as well as proficient in French and Italian. She has pursued additional training in Fist Line Therapy, Biotherapeutic drainage and Cosmetic Acupuncture. She is in good standing with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario (CONO), and is an active professional member of both the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors (CAND) and Ontario Associations of Naturopathic Doctors (OAND).

While she has developed an eclectic practice, she has cultivated particular expertise in women’s health, digestive wellness, weight loss, preventative health care, & anti-aging medicine. With a treatment grounded in Naturopathic philosophy and evidence-based research, she uses a wide array of modalities ranging from Acupuncture & Botanical Medicine to Nutraceuticals, Diet & Lifestyle Counselling.

Dr. Cardona integrates the art and science of Naturopathic medicine, largely driven by her background as a trained ballet dancer and piano teacher and believes our bodies need to be mentally, physically and emotionally balanced in order to achieve optimal health. In February 2008, Dr. Cardona took part in a medical brigade and volunteered her time in Nicaragua servicing the medical needs of under-privileged communities on the island of Ometepe.

Dr. Cardona’s vision is to promote individualized patient care through a natural, evidence-based and comprehensive approach. As an active speaker and guest lecture in Northeastern Ontario and the Greater Toronto Area, Dr. Cardona is passionate about educating and empowering individuals to better understand their health and its role in providing a superior quality of life.
